WHO WE ARE

RTS was started by two like minded business Indians in the year of 2011. It was conceptualized when the whole world was down with gloomy economy. The main focus of the business is to support global clients who were looking for IT services and BPO for their business houses. We are a young start-up but having decades of experienced professionals who managed and worked with global clients on different areas of IT &BPO domains.

RTS was started at a placed called Kakinada a Tier II city belongs to Andhra Pradesh state in India. The reason behind to start such a prominent business here is availability of abundant resource pools and skilled experienced campaigns with huge base of well established universities and technical colleges in and around the city. Where our team has aiming to make a foot step with huge plans and supportive technical partners help, we wants to create a well competent IT service provider in this current challenging IT industry at such a place like Kakinada. Where we are aiming to help Domestic customers by having physical presence to help their business needs by implementing and introducing IT into their business operations, Where we will be partnering with industrially recognized IT companies to have a base support in tier II cities for getting skilled labor with minimal budgets to beautify the staffing segment in IT vertical instead of calling us as a consultancy we want to be "Resource partner" for their project implementation needs.
